My role:
Human Centred Design consultant working in house.
Member engagement: HCD process, recruitment of participants, co-design facilitation, interviews.
Ideation: concept boards, prioritisation workshops during annual member conference. Engagement with Committee.
Final deliverables: discovery and ideation reports
I spent three months in-house as an embedded consultant, running the project independently while working closely with the team.
This hands-on approach helped me understand their data remuneration products and get input for key decisions along the way.
