The Financial Institutions Remuneration Group (FIRG) offers remuneration and benefits data for the financial sector.
My role: Engaged HR and remuneration professionals through user research, co-design, and concept testing during their annual conference. As well as the committee.
Understanding member’s priorities and decision-making. Service design opportunities to improve product delivery. Creating Future-focused data solutions concepts, user journeys, personas and reports.

An end-of-life services tool

An award-winning end-of-life tool, Precious Time, connects users to local medical, social, and emotional services.
My role: Agile collaboration with North West Melbourne Primary Health Network. Conducted discovery interviews, co-designed a low-fidelity prototype, and defined key features, functionality, and content for the MVP.

Meet Akira empowers carers through an interactive “choose your own adventure” experience, helping them realise they already practice spiritual care.
My role: Developed and tested low fidelity prototype with residential and community carers. Delivered final UI for the tool and supported illustration and storyboarding.

After launching the MVP, the department needed an in-house designer to ensure continuity of user-centric solutions within the agile team (tech and product owners).
My role: Closer collaboration between product owner, tech team and Portable design team. I later participated on discovery sprints for a marketplace future vision.

A digital tool on wage theft
PROTOTYPE & UT
Portable partnered with the Melbourne School of Government to explore how to better inform employees while they navigate and resolve employment issues.
My role: Ideation, low-fi prototyping and usability testing with young Australians.
Designing ways to facilitate conversations and provide information about employment rights and obligations in engaging, accessible ways.

Engaging Benetas’ staff in the transformation process for attraction and retention of staff. Telling a compelling story focused on the people-centred care model.
My role: Communication design to support discovery report recommendations to be adopted among Benetas’ staff. Created research key visuals, key insights to be displayed at their offices.
